Warranty and return

All company products are covered by 12 months warranty.
Warranty service is carried out at the production facility in Cherkasy city.
Warranty service may be refused if:

• operating rules specified in the equipment operating instructions have been violated;
• equipment damage and malfunction is caused by foreign objects, liquids and other foreign bodies or substances getting into them;
• there is natural wear of parts, materials and fluids that require periodic replacement.

The manufacturer is released from warranty obligations in case of independent and not agreed with the manufacturer making any changes to the design and configuration of the product by the buyer.

Return and exchange conditions

The company carries out return and exchange of this product in accordance with legal requirements.
Return is possible within 14 days after receipt (for products of proper quality).

According to article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection", the consumer has the right to return or exchange a product of proper quality that did not suit them for a similar one, if the purchased product by form, dimensions, style, color, size or for other reasons cannot be used for its intended purpose, if this product has not been used and if its marketable appearance, consumer properties, seals, labels and payment document issued by the seller together with the product are preserved.

Attention! In case of product return or exchange — transport costs are paid by the buyer.
